Are international orders acceptable?

Yes. We can arrange shipment to any country.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders submitted online can be delivered to all the countries. The shipping charge differs from the shipping address and package content. For more detail, you can check when checking out.

How to change the shipping address?

You can edit the shipping address at checkout the page, before completing the payment. If you already paid and the order is under the” Processing” situation, pls contact us with a new shipping address. Once the order is shipped out, the shipping address can’t be edited.

How to change billing address?

You can edit the billing address at checkout the page, before completing the payment. The billing address can’t be edited once payment info is submitted.
Note: The billing address won’t affect the shipment of your order. If you already paid but want to change it, you may contact your card bank.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel or change your order before shipment. Pls, contact us about the shipment situation first.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
